The First United Methodist Church is open for limited programs! The Horseheads Family Resource Center is now offering indoor and outdoor play for our families. You can register here.

Please follow CDC mask and social distancing guidelines when participating in our programs.

We will continue to keep you posted through our Facebook and email updates.  If you are not on our email updates you can be added to the list by sending an email with your name and email address to HFRCUpdates@HorseheadsFamilyResourceCenter.org.

All families are welcomed at the Horseheads Family Resource Center. The HFRC offers universal access to all who wish to participate and serves a very diverse population. The majority of families patronizing the HFRC reside in Chemung County, and the rest come from all around the Southern Tier, including Steuben and Schuyler counties.
