Executive Director
Shelby is a steady hand for our team and families at HFRC. She brings more than a decade of experience in youth and family programs and keeps the focus on welcoming spaces and simple access. At HFRC she shapes programs, builds local partnerships, and supports staff so families can stop by and feel at home.
